Nicki Minaj always wants to "experiment".

The singer is well known for her eccentric style and ever-changing hair colour.

Nicki can't help but play around with her appearance. She finds it boring to look the same every day.

"I'll just wake up and feel I want to try something new and experiment," she told the January edition of UK magazine Glamour.

The star also revealed what she respects in her fellow woman.

Nicki likes people to remain realistic and achieve their goals, rather than aim too high and fail.

She believes it is easier to succeed by setting lots of small aims rather than having one huge aspiration.

She is also impressed by women who know their own minds.

"I appreciate someone who knows what she wants, who sets realistic goals and achieves them," she said simply.

Nicki has recently released her new single Roman in Moscow. It is the first track from her upcoming album, which is due to be released next year.
