Nimrat Kaur is all set to take the lead role in Nagesh Kukunoor's web series 'The Test Case,' the trailer of which was released recently. Nimrat shared the trailer on her Twitter handle and captioned it as, "The tip of the iceberg #TheTestCaseTrailer-http://bit.ly/TheTestCaseTrailer …! No turning back,no time for fear. Going live on April 25th! Buckle up 🇮🇳."

The trailer shows Nimrat Kaur as Capt. Shikha Sharma who is trained as the first women combatant to serve the Indian army. Atul Kulkarni can be seen in a grey shade though a patriotic one, but is filled with male prestige and always dominating the feminist society. The trailer also throws light on the tough training sessions the combats had to go while serving the nation and how difficult it is for women soldiers to complete the training.

While Shikha is dominated everytime by her male counterparts, Juhi Chawla as Shraddha Pandit plays the Minister of Defence. Rahul Dev is also shown as a baddie who creates problems for Shikha right from day one of her training.

It would be interesting to watch how Shikha overcomes all the hurdles and come up as the first women combatant. Will she be successful? To get an answer to this question, you will have to watch the web series which will stream on the ALTBalaji channel from April 25, 2017.
