All comedy!!!

'Know Santhanam, Know Rajesh or No Santhanam, No Rajesh'. This is proved once again in 'OKOK', after 'Siva Manasula Sakthi' and 'Boss Engira Baskaran'. In his third film too, the director is protected by a shield called Santhanam.

There is no denying that the dialogues belong to Rajesh, who has penned the script; but when they are uttered by Santhanam in his typical style, the impact is simply awesome. The roof is brought down with non-stop laughter of the audience.

'OKOK', which announces the arrival of producer Udhayanidhi Stalin as an actor, is a 'no logic, only magic' kind of entertainer.

From scene one, where Udhayanidhi gets Hansika's wedding invitation to the last scene where everything ends on a happy note, it is humour, humour and more humour.

Well, the story revolves around Saravanan (Udhayanidhi) and Parthasarathy (Santhanam), both close friends who work together in a popular multiplex in Chennai. The carefree youngsters have a whale of time in each other's company. But life takes a turn for Saravanan when he comes across Meera (Hansika Motwani), a chirpy girl. Though it is love at first sight for Saravanan, Meera is not interested in him. Not ready to miss her, Saravanan goes the whole hog to grab her attention, in the company of his good friend. How successful he is in the mission forms the crux.

Udhayanidhi makes a welcome debut. But he has to improve his dancing skills if he is really serious about making it big as an actor. Hansika Motwani gets a chance to show her acting skills and performs well. Santhanam shoulders a huge burden and scores high, scene after scene.

Saranya plays a role which is quite typical to the ones she has done in the past.  Also, there are interesting cameos by Arya, Andrea Jeremiah and Santhanam that add more value to the movie.

Harris Jayaraj's songs are good, though his background is little above average. Rajesh scores big with his witty dialogues, especially the one-liners.

On the whole, 'OKOK' is a no-nonsense, straight forward entertainer.
