(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Olivia Wilde is glad she didnt get caught eating during the Golden Globe Awards ceremony.

The stunning actress has seen her profile rise in recent months, through such roles as Quorra in the visually-stunning film TRON: Legacy.

She has a dress-hugging figure but was still annoyed she was unable to eat before the show something that led her to snack during the event on Sunday night.

Yet Olivia is glad that she wasnt called upon as she was crunching away.

You pick the random breadsticks in the middle of the table and then hope you're not called on stage to present when you have a breadstick in your mouth, she joked to Us Magazine.

The 26-year-old admitted that no-one was allowed to have a meal until the ceremony was over.

She did, however, manage to indulge in a light nibble in the run-up to the prestigious event.

"I had a banana and then a sandwich," she explained. "We don't get to eat, you know? We don't get to eat until tonight."

Olivia looked stunning on the red carpet, opting for a dark brown Marchesa gown, topped off with golden sparkles. She gushed about the dazzling dress, calling it a little cocoon. (C) Cover Media
