(Cover) - EN Showbiz - P. Diddy has opened up about his hidden painting talent.

The 41-year-old hip-hop mogul is best known for his rapping, singing and producing talent, and he has also enjoyed success in the realms of fashion and cinema.

Multi-talented Diddy has now revealed he has another skill, which he's been demonstrating during a visit to a community project in London, England.

Along with Dawn Richards, his bandmate in the group Diddy - Dirty Money, the star has been helping volunteers decorate a playground for the Orange Rock Corps project, which organises for music fans to win concert tickets if they aid their local area.

"I been painting," enthused Diddy to Newsbeat. "Nobody really knows this but one of my first jobs when I was ten - when I was painter in the summer - I was painting this house.

"It was during the heat-wave I was ten years old. It was like 110 degrees and I was baking up on this ladder.

"I was painting this house fuchsia and burgundy. It was a crazy colour. I do it all, I do it all baby."

Diddy insists he has no plans to write new material in the imminent future. Claiming it is time to "take my artist hat off", the musician want to focus on producing. He wants to assist Dawn and his fellow Diddy - Dirty Money member Kalenna Harper with their solo releases.

"[Right now] it's about supporting Dawn and Kaleena on their solo projects and the rest of the Bad Boy projects," he smiled.

Dawn isn't convinced by Diddy's claim that he plans to "chill" though. She argues the rap mogul is far too hardworking to take too much time out.

"Puff said he's chilling which is a first for me - he ain't going to be chilling," she laughed.

"Kaleena and I are working on our solo projects but I don't believe Puff at all about chilling." (C) Cover Media
