The heiress was well-known for her wild partying with Hollywood pals throughout her 20s. She has now admitted the prospect of celebrating the milestone birthday on February 17 is giving her panic attacks.

Im freaking out! I cant believe Im going to be 30! she said in an interview with Closer magazine. At least I still look like Im 20.

After being warned to stay out of trouble she was handed a one-year suspended sentence, community service and a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to possessing cocaine last year she has tried to turn her life around. But despite cutting down on partying, Paris admits shell make an exception for her 30th.

Its a big birthday so Im going to be going to a lot of places to have parties: Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, she said.

The blonde heiress has gained weight since cutting back on her alcohol-fuelled nights out, with her dress size rising from a tiny UK size 6 to a more healthy size 10-12. And since curbing her wild ways, the socialite has found love with nightclub owner Cy Watts, 35, who she met in Las Vegas last year.

Paris says her birthday celebrations will be even more special because she is so happy with Cy.

I have an amazing boyfriend. Weve been together almost a year now and I feel so happy and Im so blessed, she gushed. This time Ive found someone who loves me for me and not for other reasons.
