(Cover) - -No story type selected- - Natalie Portman's fianc Benjamin Millepied can't wait for their baby to be born as he knows it'll change their life completely.

The couple met while they were shooting Black Swan, where Natalie played a troubled ballerina and Benjamin was a choreographer with a small acting part. They fell in love, and are set to welcome their first child in a matter of weeks.

They don't know whether the new arrival is a boy or a girl, and Benjamin is looking forward to meeting the tot.

"I'm going to take a lot of time off to enjoy this new stage of life that I'm really looking forward to. It's the unknown, and there's something so exciting when you know life one way and you can do all kinds of projects and exciting things, but this is going to be so different and new, and I love that idea," he explained.

Black Swan was one of the biggest hits in the movie world of recent years, earning Natalie a best actress Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe. She thanked Benjamin for his help and support in many of her acceptance speeches, but he remains philosophical about his success.

"[My dance community] is not treating me any differently. The ballet world doesn't care about that stuff. The celebrity aspect of things isn't going to get me more new ballets," he told USA Today.

Natalie and Benjamin split their time between Los Angeles and New York. He loves their way of life and is especially pleased that he can continue work, and go about his everyday life, without being recognised.

The pair choose not to discuss their life together in public, something which Benjamin believes makes them strong.

"You can make a choice of where you live and how you live your life. Those things make a difference in regards to your privacy," he explained. "It's incredibly important for mental health and also to be able to live as a human being and as an artist to feel free. The privacy aspect is a matter of choice." (C) Cover Media
