Shruthi Haasan, who is currently busy shooting with Pawan Kalyan for "Gabbar Singh", the Telugu remake of Bollywood hit "Dabangg", has been invited by the Prime Minister's office as a special guest to a prestigious dinner.

She will be present at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's residence in New Delhi for dinner Singh is hosting for the Mauritian Prime Minster, Navin Ramgoolam. 

Expressing happiness, the elder daughter of Kamal Haasan said, 'I am honored and at the same time, excited! I consider myself very lucky to get this opportunity so early in my life'.

Shruthi Haasan, a talented actress-singer-musician, kickstarted her career in the tinsel town as a music composer, with her father's "Unnaipol Oruvan" ("Eenadu" in Telugu). She later starrer in movies including "Anaganaga O Dheerudu", Oh My Friend and Seventh Sense.
