Prithviraj is a popular name in Mollywood. In Tamil too, he has enough admiration and had been part of many realistic movies, including "Mozhi" and "Vellithirai". 

To cash in on his popularity in Kollywood, his recent Malayalam release will be dubbed and released in Tamil soon. Titled "Pokkiri Raja".

Directed by Vysakh, the movie has Mammootty, Prithviraj and Shriya Saran in the lead. In the film, Mammootty and Prithviraj are playing brothers and doing the roles of rowdies. The film has music by Jassie Gift. 

Says Prithviraj, 'It was a great opportunity to share the screen space with Mammootty. He is a great actor and he taught me many things. Shriya Saran is a good colleague and a nice friend.'
