There were reports stating that popular Tollywood actor, Rajendra Prasad suffered a stroke following which he was hospitalised. However, circles close to the actor have denied the above reports.

His secretary, Nagaraju informed the media that, "Rajendra Prasad was suffering with a severe stomach pain and was admitted to a private hospital in Banjara Hills. It's just a minor issue and there is no cause for worry now. He is on bed rest now and will be discharged soon."

Earlier as well, it was reported that the actor had suffered a mild stroke, but soon recovered under observation.
