Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar's new find Siddharth Malhotra is garnering a world of attention for his sizzling onscreen presence in KJo's film 'Student of the Year' that also stars two more debutants namely Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.

However, as the latter are star kids, they are used to enjoying their share of limelight. But all this is very new for Siddharth, who assisted KJo before being bestowed with this coveted offer.

Siddharth who had a very normal upbringing, recently confessed that whatever happening around him is more like a dream, "One day, I was assisting Karan on 'My Name is Khan', and now I'm the leading man of SOTY. I have to pinch myself to believe this is for real," said Siddharth.

He exclaims that he is enjoying the limelight, "Relatives who haven't bothered about me for years have now started discovering me. I'm enjoying every bit of the attention, though. I have landed a dream debut. Karan, according to me, has the safest pair of hands in the film business," added Siddharth.

The film co-produced by Dharma Productions and Red Chillies is slated to release on October 19.
