The woman who was living with late Rajesh Khanna for almost a decade, Anita Advani has filed a complaint against the Khanna family, i.e. late actors wife Dimple Kapadia, daughters Twinkle Khanna and Rinke Khanna and son-in-law Akshay Kumar.

Apparently, it is heard that when the veteran actor passed away, Anita was forcibly asked to leave 'Ashirwad', the bungalow that they lived in. Anita has filed a domestic violence case against the family and they have time until November 27 to respond to the complaint.

Anita's lawyers claim that she is entitled to the entire property belonging to Khanna and that she demands protection and access to the bungalow.

When asked about the issue Anita didn't want to make any comments.
