The entire state of Tamil Nadu is filled with anxiety as Superstar Rajnikanth has had some serious health problems. He was earlier admitted to hospital a couple of times and returned back home. His wife Latha Rajnikanth had even addressed media channels saying that he had recovered and would soon resume the shooting of 'Rana'.

On Saturday, he was re-admitted to the hospital and doctors have diagnosed him with pneumonia, renal and gastro-intestinal problems. The medical results have indicated that there is an inflammation in his lungs, pleural effusion, wherein excess fluid accumulates around the lungs and a kidney problem that has increase in serum creatinine levels.

It is expected that Superstar Rajnikanth may fly abroad for treatment.
