Richa Gangopadhyay, the Bengali beauty, is simultaneously making waves in Tollywood and Kollywood. Following her success in the south, she was supposed to debut in Bollywood with a movie to be directed by Susi Ganesan.

However, since she could not complete her ongoing Telugu projects, she has chosen to pull out of the Hindi venture.

Richa was roped in to do the female lead character in the Hindi remake of Tamil hit 'Thiruttu Payale', which too was directed by Susi Ganesan. She was supposed to play the character originally enacted by Sonia Aggarwal.

The Hindi version was titled 'Shortcut Romeo'. Says Richa, 'Unfortunate date clash led me to pull out of my Hindi venture. I am hopeful of working with Susi Ganesan in future'.
