The Barbados-born singer is looking forward to the festive season, and loves coming up with inventive gifts for her loved ones. She knows she can be tricky to buy for because she already has so much, so tends to furnish her family with ideas.

Rihanna is known for embracing fashion trends, and currently sports bright red tresses. She doesnt usually ask for clothes for Christmas, but this year has told everyone she wants something to keep her feet warm.

Some socks, I want socks! she laughed, when asked what gift she is hoping for. I love socks, I live in socks.

The star has her festive period planned out, and will be spending it in Barbados. She loves going back there in December as she can catch up with all her friends and family, and spend time relaxing.

Rihanna has had a busy year, shooting her first movie Battleship and recording her new album Loud. She revealed spending time in London has helped her, as she finds her best ideas come to her when she is in the British capital city.
