(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Robin Wright is "grateful" she doesn't get photographed much anymore.

The American actress was married to Hollywood star Sean Penn, and the former couple have two children together; daughter Dylan Frances and Hopper Jack.

Since divorcing Sean and moving back to Los Angeles, Robin is in the spotlight much less, which she is thrilled about.

"It becomes too invasive when photographers are following you and your children around town. Sean and I left Los Angeles a long time ago so our children wouldn't have to suffer through that kind of attention. Now that I'm back in LA, I haven't had to deal with too much of that, so I'm grateful," she told Psychologies magazine.

Despite the pitfalls of being famous, Robin appreciates her career in the film industry. It has helped the 45-year-old star gain confidence.

"I love the work and I'm happy with the way my career has evolved up to this point. I grew up very shy and in a shell, and acting has been my way of expressing myself and reaching outside myself and making a connection to other people," she explained. (C) Cover Media
