Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has not only been winning big at box office with his films, but he has been winning quite a few hearts off screen as well.

The considerate filmmaker recently showed his softer side when he, without any intimation, cleared some due payments for the needy labourers. The labourers, who worked with him on the film 'Bol Bachchan', were slated to be paid the amount for their work on their film. But all their pleas fell on deaf ears as the producers didn't pay heed to the labourer's appeals as the film is stuck in some legal issues. When Rohit learnt about the incident, he called upon the workers and cleared their dues which summed up to Rs. 26 lakhs.

Now that's what we call a true team leader.
