Salman Khan comes forward in support of Pakistani actors

3rd October 2016

While the whole world is mourning the tragic incident of Uri attacks, there came a news that Pakistani actors should be banned from Indian film industry. While everyone had their opinions, Salman Khan came in support of the Pakistani actors saying that they are actors, not terrorists.

According to a leading daily when Salman was asked about the attacks he said, "Ideal situation jo hona chahiye tha wo aman aur peace ka hona chahiye. Ab hogaya hai toh obviously action ka reaction toh hoga hi. But in this day and age, I think pyaar, mohabbat aur aman se rahe toh better hota sab ke liye. Specially aam aadmi ke liye. (The ideal situation should have been of peace and safety. But the attacks have happened. So obviously, there would be a reaction to the action they did. But in this day and age, I think it is better to live with love and peace, especially for the common man)."

He further added, "Terrorists the, toh wo proper action tha. Wo kalaakar hai. Yeh do alag alag subjects hai. Wo kalaakar hai, yeh terrorists hai. Aap kya maanti hai? Ki kalaakar terrorist hai? Visa leke aate hai? Kaun deti hai unhe visa? Hamari government deti hai. Work permit govt deti hai. (Those who attacked were terrorists. These are actors. Both are different subjects. They are artists and not terrorists. What do you think? Is an artist a terrorist? They come with proper visa and work permit. Who gives them that? Our government!)."

Do you agree with Salman's opinion?
