Superstar Salman Khan, also known for his charitable endeavors, this time helped a small town in Kashmir where he was shooting for 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'.

While shooting for a song sequence, Ashmuqam dargah near Pahalgam, the actor got to interact with many locals of the town and he learnt that despite being bollywood buff, the locals cannot afford television sets and void of theatres around left them detachment to glamour world.

Salman immediately arranged with his team for television set up in each houses of the town. The team got TVs for a few house and they are still working to set in remaining houses.

Khan also arranged a construction of a lady's dilapidated house and he gave her grandson a job of spot boy in the film.
