Salman Khan is undoubtedly the pioneer when it comes to setting the six-pack abs trend in tinsel town. The star took it to the next level by ensuring that the script was tailored in such a way that his 'shirtless' scene was portrayed with the maximum impact onscreen, and this worked for the audiences and the producers at the box office as well.

Salman is in his forties, and his nerve ailment does not permit him to pump those irons like he did a few years ago. While actors tend to move on from the 'macho' image as they enter their forties, Salman has opted to stick to his young action-hero image onscreen. But his body is apparently, not working with him when it comes to flaunting his six-packs, and fans would certainly be quite disappointed if the shirtless scenes are no longer part of the 'Salman' flick.

Looks like 'technology' has put a smile on the faces of our stars once again, as it is a true blessing in disguise for them and the directors. They are busy exploiting the features with VFX to enhance the muscles during post-production so the six-packs are still there onscreen.

It started out with 'Ek Tha Tiger', when based on the doctor's advice, director Kabir Khan had to resort to other options. Then came VFX which enhanced the cuts on Salman's abs, which made the actor's six-packs look great onscreen.

Looks like this could be the next trend in Bollywood, but we are not sure if Salman can boast of being a pioneer for this trend as well.
