Sandra Bullock gives Reynolds new role'

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Sandra Bullock has reportedly made a change in her will naming Ryan Reynolds as the back-up guardian to her son.

The 47-year-old is said to have become very close to her The Proposal co-star in recent months and the pair are rumoured to be dating.

Ryan has been spending lots of time with Sandra and her 20-month-old adopted toddler Louis.

The actress has reportedly now asked her attorney to make an important change to her will, according to In Touch.

"She's naming Ryan as a back-up guardian of Louis in case anything should happen to her," an insider told the publication. "She wants to make sure that he'll always be a major part of Louis' life, even if she's not around."

Ryan, 34, would not be first in line to raise Louis as that would go to Sandra's sister Gesine Bullock-Prado. But the actress apparently wants to ensure Louis always has a good male role model.

"Sandra's a great mom," her friend explained. "Louis is her primary concern. So it says a lot that she trusts Ryan to raise him if she can't.

"Ryan has become so attached to Louis. He's already bought him a lot of toys and loves playing with him."

Meanwhile, Sandra's ex-husband Jesse James is said to want to start a family with fiance Kat Von D after they reunited last month following a brief split.

Kat apparently wants to "seal the deal" with Jesse despite previously claiming she did not want to have children, an insider claimed. (C) Cover Media
