There’s a famous saying that men don’t cry!!!! Especially if he’s a hunk like Sanjay Dutt it’s rare to imagine him sobbing like a small kid. But myths are meant to be broken and the cast - crew of Ram Gopal Varma's thriller ‘Department’ recently were explored to this other side of myth via a hard way.

Recently Sanjay Dutt was shooting for the film where he was briefed to shoot for an extensive emotional scene with his onscreen wife. The scene required him to be teary eyed citing the fact that it was high on emotions. The scene was perfectly performed by Sanjay Dutt who had his eyes full of tears when he enacted the given scene.

But what surprised everyone was the fact that even when RGV okayed the scene, Sanjay’s tears did not stop falling. He kept on weeping like a child and was inconsolable. This left the crew and director stunned as they didn’t expect to see Sanjay getting emotional. RGV himself was in a shock as he later quoted, ‘I never saw this emotional side of Sanjay throughout so many years of our friendship. Baba got so involved with it and this scene will be one of the main highlights of the film.’
