The pop star, who shot to fame playing Alex Russo in the television series Wizards of Waverly Place, has furthered her fashion advice by revealing a new look for youngsters involving old T-shirts.

Yes, Jennifer Stone, my Wizards co-star, often cuts the side of her T-shirts and adds pins once theyre old to give them a real rock-chick look, she told Top of the Pops magazine.

Despite her advice, Selena believes its essential that potential fashion enthusiasts manage to maintain their own unique look. She added that it was important that any alteration regarding image still managed to compliment a persons look and not contradict it.
