The American actress-and-singer, who started her career at the age of seven when she starred in Barney & Friends, has vowed to avoid having any arguments with her family next year.

The 18-year-old star admits that the worst errors she has made in her life revolve around not taking the advice of her elders, so she has decided to take heed when her parents offer her guidance.

For me I feel not communicating with my parents or not listening to them is the biggest mistake I have made, she confessed. It's always good to talk to them. They're very nice people. I don't know why I'm scared of them!"

The brunette beauty said that arguing with those who are closest to her is something that has a heavy impact on her state of mind and general well-being.

Whenever she comes to blows with her parents or in particular, feels like she has let them down, she gets very stressed out and emotional.
