Shiney Ahuja turned down by Bhatts

28th February 2014
Bollywood's once renowned actor Shiney Ahuja might have got a bail from imprisonment, but the good times are yet to come.

The light eyed actor who was accused of rape in the past might have had put up a brave fight against the accusations, but the industry to which he belongs is not showing the courage to accept him as yet.

Reportedly, he recently visited Mahesh Bhatt's Khar office for some work. Since he has done two films like 'Gangster' and 'Woh Lamhe' for Vishesh Films, he had hopes that the mentors who supported him in his early stages will help him revive his career again. But as they say, when time gets tough everything keeps getting worse, Shiney was humbly turned away.

Mahesh confessed that Shiney appeared way different than how he originally was.

"Today, he is not the Shiney I knew. He appears nervous, meek and low on self-esteem," said Mahesh Bhatt.

However, he did try to get something for Shiney and called his directors to inform that Shiney wanted to get his career back on track. Unfortunately his past record played the spoilsport.

According to Mahesh Bhatt the impending verdict and rape accusations will raise questions over their banner.

"I have understood their concerns. And I reiterate what I said earlier that if proven guilty by the highest court, then he deserves to be punished according to the law," he added.
