Twinkle Khanna forayed into writing blogs and articles in a leading newspaper and soon came up with her first book 'Mrs. Funnybones' as an author. Known for her witty and humorous writing she soon came with her second book this year which was titled as 'The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad.' Now it is reported that two short stories from the book 'Salaam' and 'Noni Appa' will be adapted into plays.

Twinkle announced this news on her Twitter handle by sharing the cover page of the book and captioning it as, "Short stories written by Twinkle Khanna to be adapted into a play."

Meanwhile, a story written by Twinkle Khanna is being made into a film titled 'Padman' starring Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor which is the first production venture of Twinkle.
