(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Simon Cowell thinks Susan Boyle should sing at next years British royal wedding.

The music mogul discovered Scottish singing sensation Susan last year when she was a contestant on the show Britains Got Talent, where he is a judge.

Simon and the rest of the world were overwhelmed by Susans powerful voice, so he signed her to his Syco record label and she has gone on to become one of the worlds most popular recording artists.

Earlier this month, Britains Prince William announced he will marry his fiance Kate Middleton in an elaborate royal wedding next year on April 29.

Speculation is rife over the finer details of the ceremony, which is confirmed to be taking place at Londons Westminster Abbey, and Simon has offered his own advice as to who should perform on the big day.

"Susan Boyle would be perfect," he told Extra.

Simon thinks Susan should sing I Dreamed a Dream, the song from the musical Les Misrables with which she wowed audiences on Britains Got Talent.

The star considers himself to be on good terms with the royals, and counts Prince Williams younger brother Prince Harry as a pal, since hes a fan of Simons shows X Factor and Britains Got Talent.

I'm actually friends with Prince Harry, well, I wouldn't say friends, per se, but he's come down to the show. He and I get along very well. He's a very, very nice guy. I like him a lot," Simon explained. (C) Cover Media
