Snooki is looking forward to being a "MILF" when she gives birth to her first child.

In her first TV interview since confirming her pregnancy, the Jersey Shore star has revealed she never planned on becoming a parent in her mid twenties but likes that she will look good as a young mother.

"I'm only 24 so it happened kind of quick," she told MTV's Jersey Shore After Hours last night.

"But it's better because now I can be a MILF."

MILF is an acronym meaning a sexually attractive mother.

Snooki - real name Nicole Polizzi - also likened morning sickness to being hungover.

While she enjoys drinking with friends, the party-hard star insists she has put those days behind her since learning she was pregnant in January.

"Pregnancy sickness is just like you're hungover," she said.

"I love partying, but now I'm in total mom mode. I just can't wait to have a kid now."

Snooki's friend Pauly D recently congratulated his friend on her pregnancy. He told MTV he wants to be holding her hand when she gives birth to her baby with fianc Jionni LaValle.

"I want to be [in] the delivery room," he said.

"I love babies! I love everything about them, when they're not yours. So I'll take care of it, spoil it and then when it's crying, give it back to Snooki."
