(Cover) - EN Showbiz - "Personal photos" of Sofa Vergara have allegedly been stolen from her fianc's phone.

The images, which are not believed to feature nude shots, were reportedly taken from Nick Loeb's BlackBerry before they announced their engagement in July. According to the New York Post, an unidentified individual in Delray Beach, Florida, is now trying to sell the pictures.

"The photos show Sofa in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing," a source told the publication. "But her management team are doing their best to make sure they do not become public."

Another source claims the 40-year-old Modern Family actress "looks fantastic" in the photos.

It is not yet known how the images were accessed, however, an insider claims businessman Nick recently told friends he had lost his BlackBerry.

The photos are unlikely to ever be made public, with another source saying Sofa's legal team and managements are being "aggressive" in their handling of the situation.

The Columbian-born beauty, who plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on the award-winning show Modern Family, was recently named US TV's highest-paid actress.
