Sofia Vergara has revealed that her infamous fiery temper puzzles her boyfriend Nick Loeb who thinks she is "insane."

The Columbia-born actress says that her fits of rage leave her as quickly as they come, but it took her beau a while to get used to it when they first started dating.

Sofia tells the latest issue of Esquire magazine that Nick doesn't know how she can be so angry with him one minute and then completely fine the next.

"Nick wonders how I can get really mad and scream, then turn around, do something, come back, and forget that I was mad," the 39-year-old laughed.

"The first time it happened, he thought, This woman is insane.'

"One time I was screaming with my sister. Then the next day, I told him I was having lunch with her. He said, How? You were just fighting with her!'"

But Sofia's fiery personality also transfers into the bedroom where she says her background means she brings lots of spice to the relationship.

"We all want to have sex in a romantic way," Sofia said. "But with a Latina, you're going to have more fun."

"I guess at the end of the day, all women like to be appreciated and treated with respect and kindness."

Sofia recently told In Style magazine that she was thinking about freezing her eggs so she can prolong the time before she has another child. She already has a grown up son; Manolo, 19, from her first marriage to her childhood sweetheart.
