Bollywood Actress Sonam Kapoor is known to wear her heart on her sleeve. But she limits her casualness to her own self and prefers to keep few things to herself due to certain standards that she maintains and the rules that she follows.
The actress feels it's very unethical to talk about the films you are not doing. She feels that it's inappropriate to share details of the film until its final.
"Till I don't sign a film, I never talk about it. Till the time it doesn't come out of my mouth, it's not something I am doing. So, even if I say no to a film, I will never say that, 'Oh, I didn't like the script' or that I didn't have dates. Such stories will never come out (in the media). It's very disrespectful, wrong and unethical to do that," said Sonam who was miffed recently when she was speculated to have signed 'Raees' opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
"It hasn't even been offered. Right now, I am only confirmed to work with Salman, though I would love to work with Shah Rukh. Also, it would be great to team up with Farhan (Akhtar) and Ritesh's (Sidhwani) company, but no one has contacted me from their side. The director has not spoken to me about anything. I don't even know what the film is about," Sonam added.
In an age where actresses fight and gossip over films and go pompous about their career, it's great to have someone like Sonam who is not only bluntly honest but follows such great ethics too.
