The music of 'Sri Rama Rajyam', a spiritual film starring Nandamuri Balakrishna as Lord Rama and Nayantara as Seetha, was released at the Government Junior College grounds at Badrachalam, on Monday.
Leading personalities, including Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Ilayaraja, Balakrishna, Nayantara, Bapu, Swathi Balram, Murali Mohan, Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Srikanth, Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao and others, were present.
The first copy of the audio CD was unveiled by Balakrishna, who presented it to Badrachalam temple priest Krishnamacharya. ANR and Balayya received a mammoth felicitation with giant garlands.
Balakrishna said that he would not have done the role of Lord Rama if not for Nayantara. She brought the holy grace to the film as Godesss Sita Devi.
Ilaiyaraaja, who has composed beautiful songs for the film, said: "My music belongs to the people. I did the job for the people. In fact, it is very difficult to speak about music."
