The Hollywood stars 25-year-old child Eva Amurri announced the happy news on Twitter. She is now looking forward to planning her wedding to retired soccer player Kyle Martino, although they are yet to set a date.

The most wonderful man on this planet is now my FIANCEE!!!!!! she wrote on the social networking website. 'What a week: I became a cartoon character, did a Maxim shoot, and got engaged! Lol. Not bad, not bad. Thanks for all the congrats!! Xoxo (sic). Kyle was equally as keen to share the happy news, again using the website to reveal all to fans. He explained he was the one who popped the question, and was overcome when Eva accepted the proposal.

I asked, and @EAmurri said yes (sic), he wrote.

Eva is Susans daughter with her ex-partner, Italian director Franco Amurri. She has followed in her mothers footsteps by becoming an actress, appearing in television shows such as House and Californication. She is currently filming AmeriQua, about a student whose parents force him to become more independent, alongside Alec Baldwin. (C) Cover Media
