(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Tara Reid is desperate to star in Charlie Sheen's new TV show.

The two American stars have been chatting to each other over social networking website Twitter.

Tara initiated the discussion, telling Charlie how keen she is to appear on new Comedy Central show Anger Management. Charlie is due to begin work on it next year.

"@charliesheen I want to be on your show (sic)!" she tweeted.

The actor soon replied to the blonde bombshell. He seemed excited at the prospect of working with the 36-year-old.

"Flattered!! Can't wait to talk to you Tara!! @TaraReid (sic)," he wrote.

The actress has just finished a stint on celebrity Big Brother in the UK and is filming the fourth American Pie movie, American Reunion.

Tara continued to tweet the actor asking him to contact her again.

"@charliesheen. Call us now (sic)," she typed and "@charliesheen add me (sic)."

Charlie failed to reply to any more of her tweets.

However, before she signed off for the evening Tara hinted that the conversation may have all been just a bit of fun.
