Taylor Armstrong has revealed that she is "learning how to be a single woman."

The 40-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was left reeling when her estranged husband Russell Armstrong committed suicide last August.

But she tells Us Weekly that although there had been reports she's found love again, she is very much still on her own.

"I'm growing and I'm really just focused on Kennedy and learning how to be a single woman and a single mom," she shared about life with her six-year-old daughter.

Taylor, who reached the New York Times best-sellers list with her book Hiding From Reality: My Story of Love, Loss and Finding the Courage Within, says she is not dating anyone.

"Not a single soul," she told the publication. "I'm just so not ready. I still think about Russell every single day, and I still miss him terribly and feel like I'm so far from ready."

"I don't know if you just wake up and you're ready, or how that works. But for me , for now, I really got some growing to do, I think, before I'll be even ready to be a good judge of what's good for me."
