(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Tom Cruise reportedly "never misses a chance" to speak to his ex-wife Katie Holmes.

The Hollywood stars got divorced earlier this year, but Tom is apparently surprised by how much he still misses Katie, the mother of his six-year-old daughter Suri.

It has been claimed the actor is even considering changing his lifestyle in a bid to impress her.

"Suri and Tom talk on the phone five or six times a day and Tom never misses the chance to talk to Katie either," a source told British magazine Grazia. "He can't move on, feeling the way he does. He's promised to cut back on his work schedule for her. The guy is a workaholic - you have no idea how much of a big deal that is."

Earlier this week, speculation surfaced that Katie would consider getting back together with Tom if he was prepared to leave the Church of Scientology.

Tom is said to be unhappy with how things have gone since the breakdown of his marriage.

He is desperately missing Suri, who now lives with her mother in New York City.

"He's been talking to their mutual friends," the source added.

"He wants Suri back no matter what, and he's doing everything in his power to get the message across."

It has been reported that Katie has agreed that Tom can spend the Christmas holidays with his daughter.

He is apparently planning to fly into New York City to collect Suri and they will then travel to the UK and celebrate Christmas at a rented house in the Lake District or Scotland. Tom has been spending a lot of time in England recently, while filming the sci-fi movie All You Need Is Kill. (C) Cover Media
