Tori Spelling has penned a love not to her husband calling him her "soul mate."
The 38-year-old actress-turned-reality star has been married for five years to Canadian actor Dean McDermott and she has just given birth to their third child, Hattie.
Although the couple got together under controversial circumstances when both were still married to other people, they have proven their critics wrong and have remained devoted to each other.
The blonde star posted, "A Love Letter to My Soul Mate" on her website yesterday and gushed about her love for her man who turned 45.
"I would dream of you for so long," Tori wrote. "So many represented you. My dad. Every Ken doll I ever played with. Every prince in every Disney cartoon. The lead character in every John Hughes film. Not one guy I ever dated. And, then you became a reality."
Tori and Dean have documented their married life and her struggles to make her own way without relying on the Spelling fortune. She received just $800,000 from her late father Aaron Spelling's estimated $500 million estate following estrangement from her mother Candy that has recently been rectified.
The former Beverly Hills 90201 starlet thanked her husband for helping "me achieve my dreams. I reach further knowing if I fall you'll be there to catch me."
The couple are also parents to son Liam, four, and daughter Stella, three. Tori has made a small fortune from her successful books, clothing and accessory lines and work as an event planner.
"You've given me the greatest gift I can ever know," Tori continued. "The gift of motherhood. Thank you my love for the brilliant life we've created together. Thank you for making all my dreams come true."
