(Cover) - EN Fashion - Tyra Banks used to be obsessed with lip gloss.

The 36-year-old model shot to fame in the mid 90s, appearing on runway shows for labels including Chanel, Christian Dior and Dolce & Gabbana, and is now best known as the creator and host of hugely successful television series Americas Next Top Model.

Despite being naturally beautiful, Tyra says in the early days she couldnt wear enough lip gloss, and used to put so much on that it caused her hair to stick to her lips when the wind blew.

Back in the day, when I was workin' runways, I was obsessed w/ gloss. The super sticky kind. When wind blew, my weave would get stuck in it (sic)! recalled the star on her Twitter page.

Tyra still has a penchant for shiny lips, although she recognises that models nowadays tend to sport a more matt look. The beauty says she doesnt care if she stands out from the crowd, and insists she will continue to slick her lips with gloss to achieve a glamorous look.
