Looking back, Vidya Balan had graced bollywood industry with varied films and has come a long way to garner much appreciation for her mainstream skills.

Ten years back, with the release of 'Parineeta', Vidya came under spot light. To celebrate 10 years of her film career, Vidya has invited her family and close industry friends for a special screening of her upcoming, 'Hamari Adhuri Kahani' which releases this Friday.

Vidya expressed, "I still feel Parineeta happened just recently. Getting the film was possibly the biggest thing for me back then because all I was getting were rejections, from everywhere! Even with a Parineeta, I don't know how many auditions I gave. I had become angry towards the end and it was my angriest audition that got me the role."

The actress further added, "My graph has been volatile with a lot of ups and a lot of downs as well. But at the end, it’s been like an amusement park and I have enjoyed the ride totally."
