It looks like a fairytale wedding is the thing of the past now. With more and more divas settling for private weddings instead of a grand big-fat-Indian wedding, the focus has now shifted on happiness than luxury.

It the last month, it was Kareena Kapoor who tied the knot with long time beau Saif Ali Khan in a private court marriage, minus the entire paparazzi. Now, the latest to join this trend is actress Vidya Balan who is all set to tie the knot with her beau Siddharth Roy Kapur in a small, traditional ceremony on December 14.

Though it was reported earlier, that the wedding was supposed to take place in a South Indian temple (read news), we now hear that the wedding will take place at a Cuffe Parade apartment in Jolly Maker Towers which belongs to Siddharth's parents. They will be inviting only family and close friends, however it is expected that a grand reception will be thrown for their industry friends and colleagues.
