Ajay turns multilingual for 'Himmatwala'

20th February 2013

Filmmaker Sajid Khan is making sure that his upcoming film 'Himmatwala' has all the commercial elements that would ensure its success at the box office. The film which is a remake of the retro classic hit with the same name that had Jeetendra and Sridevi in lead roles has been remade with actors Ajay Devgn and Tamannaah Bhatia replacing them.

In order to cash on the franchise, the team has retained the dramatic fight sequences and the famous 'Nainon Mein Sapna' track from the film. The latest trick touted to be a high point in the film is revealed as Sajid states that Ajay will speak in five different languages for a particular scene in the film.

In a particular scene, Devgn will speak in Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi and Tamil. "In a particular scene where Tamannaah gets some goons to beat him up, Ajay speaks to all of them in their respective languages. It's not just a word, it's an entire dialogue," said Sajid.

Apparently, they hired a tutor to train Ajay to speak fluently in five different languages for that particular scene.
