Ameesha Patel and Sanjay Dutt were recently haunted by controversies when it was said that an ugly rift has developed between the two.

It was said that Sanjay asked Ameesha to cover up her body at a recent do where she sported a skimpy outfit. This had left Ameesha irked by Sanju’s act and was reportedly upset with Sanjay’s dominating nature. However after staying mum over the issue the curvaceous actress recently opened up and cleared the air over the gossip.

"My equation with Sanjay and Maanyata is too rock solid for anyone to destroy over a costume," said Ameesha. She further clarified that she will never be upset with someone like Sanjay whom she considers as a family member, "I'm lucky to have someone like Sanjay in my life as he is truly concerned and protective towards me. He has never misbehaved with me. He feels I'm too sophisticated to work in the industry, like he doesn't want his daughter to work in the industry," added Ameesha.
