After a long wait Anurag Kashyap's film 'That Girl in Yellow Boots' is finally all set to release this year end. The film that was made in 2010 has already gained momentum and praise through its special screening at various international film festivals last year.

The film has finally seen the light of the day and will soon release in India after the end of the stagnant phase. The film is about a white skinned European girl who comes to Mumbai in search of her father. Recently another Bollywood film in the form of Hema Malini's directorial film 'Tell Me O Kkhuda's promos have hit the celluloid. This film too has a similar plot as the protagonist Eesha Deol is shown in quest of her father. Both the films were recently compared citing their similar plots.

However, at a promotional event of the 'TGIYB' Anurag Kashyap, the director cum co-writer of the film confessed that though the plots may sound similar, both the films are poles apart. Anurag stated that both the films have different approach towards cinema. True to his words while 'Tell Me O Kkhuda' has more commercial aspect attached to it, Anurag's film is dark thriller. Hence he stated that both the films have their own appeal and thus can't be compared.
