Bollywood's renowned film-maker and cult-director, Anurag Kashyap, whose close-to-life cinema has often won accolades globally, is all set to tie the knot with his long-time actress-girlfriend, Kalki Koechlin. He has been living in for years now with his French descent girlfriend, who debuted with his critically acclaimed film 'Dev D', in 2009. In this film, Kalki caught the fancy of Bollywood as she was appreciated for her stint as the modern Chandramukhi in 'Dev D', which was a contemporary take on 'Devdas', and which won her the 'Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress'. Anurag has been quite open about his modern-day kind of relationship with Kalki. Though there were initial speculations over their relationship, their bond has been rock-solid since years now. And it is reported that the two informally got engaged last month and are on the verge of getting hitched. The marriage is apparently scheduled for the end year or the couple could exchange rings in early 2012.

Kalki and Anurag have been in a very healthy relationship and both have been a thorough support for each other. Anurag helped Kalki in getting into the big bad world of Bollywood, whereas on the personal front, Kalki has filled the vacuum in Kashyap's life. Apart from this personal collaboration in the name of 'marriage', in the coming days, Kalki will also be seen in Anurag Kashyap's forthcoming film, 'That Girl in Yellow Boots'.
