Director-producer-turned-actor Shashikumar's forthcoming movie, 'Sundarapandian' has been cleared by the censor board with a 'U' certificate.
The film is directed by Prabhakaran, and is slated for release on 14th September. Shashikumar plays a romantic youngster opposite 'Kumki' fame Lakshmi Menon in 'Sundarapandian'.
Vijay Sethupathi and Parotta Soori also play important roles in the film. N. R. Raghunanthan of 'Then Merkku Paruvakkattru' fame has scored the music for 'Sundarapandian'.
The censor officials have heaped laurels on the film for its content and have given it a 'U' certificate. They also said that they were very happy with the film.
