(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Christina Hendricks says that when her privacy is invaded her husband is wonderful about it.

The 35-year-old Mad Men star, who plays seductive office manager Joan Holloway in the hit TV series, sometimes feels violated when her private life is made public. However, she can always rely on her husband Geoffrey Arend to pick her back up again.

Weve just got to smile and think this is the downside in an otherwise wonderful situation. Its an invasion of privacy so you do feel sort of violated, but Geoffreys wonderful about it, she told Stylist magazine.

The stunning actress who is renowned for her fabulous curves says she is surprised that the media and public are so interested in her private life. She admits she felt naive about the attention she received while she was with her husband on a press trip to Paris to promote Mad Men.

That was something we were very surprised about we really didnt know it was going to happen. We were in Paris to do press for Mad Men, but I had no idea it would be like that. Im a little bit naive sometimes, she explained. I thought we were going to mosey around and shop and actually we had to change all our plans.

Christina who was named sexiest woman in the world by females for Esquire magazine last year married actor Geoffrey in October 2009. She says that she and Geoffrey feel compelled to protect each other even more so now they are married.

It suits us, its very good. Everyone said I would feel different after I got married and I didnt really know how it would manifest itself in our relationship. But I think theres an even more intense feeling of wanting to love each other and be protective, she explained. (C) Cover Media
