Demi Moore is reportedly preoccupied with "looking younger."

The 49-year-old actress was released from the hospital last Thursday after being admitted for a reported seizure. She was treated for exhaustion, and there were rumours she was also getting help for substance abuse and anorexia.

Although Demi appears unhealthily frail, insiders do not believe that her desire to look young has significantly contributed to her breakdown in health.

"It's no secret Demi's obsessed with looking younger," a source divulged to E! Online. "What woman isn't in this town? I mean, besides Meryl Streep? You cannot accuse her of ever hiding it, really, she's always been very upfront about being very attentive to her looks. She's not ashamed of it, nor should she be."

Demi and her 33-year-old estranged husband Ashton Kutcher are currently undergoing a divorce after six years of marriage.

Those close to Demi believe that the actress is currently discontent with life in general. Her split from Ashton is only one element of existence she is unhappy with.

"Quite honestly, this all has more to do with work and the time in her life Demi's found herself inand how women are treated in Hollywood, as actors and as partnersthan anything else," the source explained. "I really do think that."
