Lindsay Lohan's former neighbors are happy that she has moved away.

The troubled actress has recently left her former Venice Beach, California home and has moved into the famous Hollywood hotel Chateau Marmont.

Some community residents are relieved to see her leave the area.

"Everyone is ecstatic that she moved," an ex-neighbor told RadarOnline. "Goodbye to her and all her drama."

Dwellers did not cope well with the attention that Lindsay brought to her doorstep.

"Since she moved here it's been a complete circus with a revolving door of friends in and out of her house and paparazzi camped out permanently," the neighbor continued. "Everyone was so sick of her and her constant attention seeking and mess ups."

Although the diverse and bustling neighborhood is filled with characters, Lindsay's antics were just too much for some people.

"Seriously, every time we heard a siren we hoped and prayed it was the police carting her off again and we would be left in peace," another resident explained. "People move to Venice to get away from all the Hollywood bulls**t and everything that she represents, it was a nightmare when she was here."

Lindsay is now currently living rent-free at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.
