A yesteryear blockbuster 'Ethir Neechal' that was directed by K. Balachander is still loved by the Tamil cinema fans. The movie had Nagesh starring in the lead role. After almost four decades of its release, the title has been re-used.

Dhanush who has ventured his own production house called Wunderbar and has co-produced the movie '3' recently, will produce another movie titled 'Ethir Neechal' again and this movie is directed by Senthil. The film will have Sivakarthikeyan and Priya Anand in the lead roles.

While Sivakarthikeyan, who is a popular television actor entered the film industry starring in the movie 'Marina' and also shared the screen space with Dhanush in the movie '3', Priya is popular for films such as 'Nootrenbadhu' and 'Vaamanan'.

The national award winning actor denied rumours stating he will be playing a key role in the film. Source say, "He is just a producer."

Now, only time will tell if Dhanush will be just a producer or an actor as well in the forthcoming film.
