(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Drew Barrymore's fianc Will Kopelman asked Cameron Diaz for approval before he popped the question.

Drew and Cameron have been friends for years after working together on the Charlie's Angels franchise.

But Cameron says that despite their close friendship she had to keep quiet after having a conversation with Will before he proposed.

"I knew Drew was getting married before she did," Cameron told In Style.

Drew and Will got engaged in January and are set to tie the knot on June 2 at the actress's home in Montecito, California

They are also expecting their first child together who is due later this summer.

"Drew will be an amazing mom. She's seriously the coolest person in the world. Very generous and doting," a source told Us Weekly. (C) Cover Media
